Hello. It's been a while, but I'm back, and with nice new stylus for my graphics tablet, after having dropped the old one a few too many times*. I'll try and make the next update a little sooner than a month and a half away.

Ofcom is to make short-range FM transmitters which allow MP3 players to play through car stereos legal, following strong consumer demand.

The devices, described as "micro" FM transmitters, will only be able to transmit to receivers in the immediate vicinity.
