Trademark fights
Sketch

A tuk-tuk taxi operating in Brighton, painted with a Burberry-style pattern, has been taken off the road for repainting following a complaint from Burberry. The "Chavrolet" is one of 12 tuk-tuks painted in various designs, including a strawberry, a Union Jack, a Swiss cheese and a cow.

Nike, on the other hand, has found itself at the wrong end of a trademark complaint after using Hackney Council's logo on some of its products. The Council has won a £300,000 out-of-court settlement from Nike.

(If I said I'd drawn everything behind the large black blocks, and then censored it, would you believe me?)
