CNN has apologised after a conversation in a toilet was broadcast over President Bush's speech to mark the first anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

The conversation was picked up by a radio microphone worn by a news presenter, Kyra Phillips as she chatted to another woman in the toilets, and inadvertantly transmitted to CNN viewers.
